Dive into yourself with Mindfulness, hosted by Nyanaviro (Stephen Archer)
Nyanaviro is kindly offering a two hour koha talk and enquiry at Dev Academy.
I (Peter Jacobson) just returned from a seven day silent retreat Nyanaviro hosted, and was awed by his deep wisdom, poetry, relateability and groundedness.
He carries 30 years of experience with mindfulness lightly and with humour. He's a lovely guy. I'm excited to invite my friends to a little taste of what has been a life-deepening week for me!
Everyone welcome, bring a friend
