  • I don't know what you need. You best know yourself and your life. I can help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your journey, through questions, compassion and kind challenge.

  • I can support you to navigate challenge gracefully, and find beauty and meaning in adversity.

  • I can help you discover your own personal and enlivening meaning, in life and in everyday things.

  • I've met a lot of incredible people and resources that have expanded my sense of possibility. I can work with you to expand your possibility space. There are amazing opportunities under your nose right now. You may need a different lens to see them. I can help you find that lens.

  • I've had a deep and diverse range of experiences, through which I can relate to your current situation and perspective, and help guide you to find other stories or narratives that can help serve you.

  • I know my limits. I'm not a trained counsellor or therapist. However, I have been to both, and will know if I need to connect you with someone with more experience or specific expertise. That process can be challenging, I'd love to be there beside you through it.

  • I've been doing one-on-one coaching for over a year with the remarkable Chloe Waretini, and through her have picked up beautiful tools from Dialectic Behavioural TherapyAccess Concsiousness and other wonderful tools that she has picked up on her journey.

  • I've been through MiCBT - Mindfulness integrated Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I'm not qualified to deliver it, but I have picked up very useful tools from it that I can share with you.

  • As an accredited mindfulness facilitator, I can support you to develop a sustainable and rewarding mindfulness practice.
